Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Blue Mar Real Estate Group, Inc. ("Blue Mar," "Company," "we," "our," or "us"), a Florida licensed real estate brokerage operated by Marie I. Sanjurjo, Licensed Real Estate Broker.

By accessing or using our website at www.bluemargroup.com (the "Site") or any of our real estate services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Site or services.

Real Estate Services

Blue Mar Real Estate Group provides professional real estate brokerage services in the State of Florida, including but not limited to:

• Buyer representation and property search assistance
• Seller representation and listing services
• Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) and home valuations
• Investment property consultation
• Relocation assistance
• Probate and estate real estate services
• Short sale assistance and foreclosure alternatives

All real estate services are provided by licensed Florida real estate professionals in compliance with Florida Statutes Chapter 475 and the rules of the Florida Real Estate Commission (FREC). Marie I. Sanjurjo is licensed as a Real Estate Broker in the State of Florida.

Until a written agreement is executed, Blue Mar Real Estate Group is not your agent and has no fiduciary duties to you. Information shared with us prior to establishing an agency relationship is not protected as confidential agent-client communication.
